ACTAの強行採決は日本の民主主義に対する暴挙である 

業者ロビイストが巧みに誘導した、憲法第２１条侵害の危険性を内在する国内法を凌駕する国際条約を、反対議員を強制排除して肝心の議論を放棄し強行採決する議員たちは、議員の立場を自ら放棄している。民主国家の議論の場、議会を任せてはならない。それは民主的承認とは呼び得ない暴挙だ。

Steamrollering of ACTA: An outrage against Japan's democracy

Those legislators that force out the opposition to forego the deliberations need for the consideration of an international treaty that poses an inherent danger of overriding our national laws and violate Article 21 of our National Constitution--which was tactfully introduced by the industrial lobbyists--and attempt to steamroller it in the National Diet, are abandoning their constitutional role as legislators themselves. They shall not be permitted to preside in the deliberations of our democracy or have a seat in our National Diet. Their actions are an outrage against a prescribed, democratic approval process.
