ATTENTION: Dear All Foreigners in Japan
During the past week, Facebook kindly provided information on TEPCO (Tokyo Electric Power Company)'s Scheduled Blackout or Rolling Blackout (SB) which went into effect beginning March 14, for foreigners and foreign users who are concerned of this issue.
Here's some updated addendum to their announcement with updated info directly from NHK's data broadcast based on TEPCO's March 20 Press Release (English).
